For and in consideration of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, the CITY OF RAPID CITY (“City”), a municipal corporation, of 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, SD 57701 agrees to lease to Black Hills Figure Skating Club (“Lessee”), a domestic non-profit corporation, a specified area within the Roosevelt Ice Arena, subject to the following terms and conditions:
