THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AGREEMENT, is made and entered into as of the first day of November, 2013, by and between the KINGFISHER HOSPITAL AUTHORITY (the “Authority”), a public trust created and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of Oklahoma for the use and benefit of the City of Kingfisher, Oklahoma (the “City”), with the powers as set forth in Title 60, Oklahoma Statutes 2001, Sections 176 et seq., (the “Act”), and KINGFISHER REGIONAL HOSPITAL, a not-for-profit corporation located within and incorporated under the laws of the State of Oklahoma (the “Hospital Corporation”).
