This Quality Assurance Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "QAA") applies worldwide to all suppliers of production material as well as to suppliers of raw materials and supplies that are included in our products. In addition, the requirements of this QAA for third-party services apply to our products and to the suppliers of production and operating resources as well as testing and laboratory facilities. For convenience, the terms CLIENT and SUPPLIER are used below.
