The individual named below (referred to as "I" or "me") desires to participate in the activities including, but not limited to, hot sauna use, and other wellness activities (the "Activity") provided by Denver Mobile Sauna, located at 1234 West St., Denver, CO 55443 (the "Company"). In consideration of being permitted by the Company to engage in the Activity and in recognition of the Company's reliance hereon, I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (this "Release").
