November , 2022, (“Effective Date”) by and between the Grays Harbor Transportation Authority, a county transportation authority (“Transit”), and the City of Aberdeen, a municipal corporation and subdivision of the State of Washington, (“City”). The parties to this Agreement shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties” or each individually as a “Party.”
