This Local Agreement (“Agreement”), effective as of the last date of signature (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between the University of Washington, a public institution of higher education and agency of the State of Washington having administrative offices at 4333 Brooklyn Ave N.E., Seattle, Washington 98105 ("UW"), and the Edmonds School District a municipal corporation and subdivision of the State of Washington having administrative offices at 20420 68TH AVE W, LYNNWOOD, Washington 98036-7400 (“District”) (each individually a “Party” and together the “Parties”).
