In consideration of mutual covenants and agreements, County of Sonoma (“Subcontractor”) and Local Government Commission (“LGC”) enter into this Agreement upon the terms and conditions set forth herein as a subaward of Agreement Number 400-10-004 (the Master Agreement) between LGC and the California Energy Commission (Energy Commission) in furtherance of the State Energy Program (SEP).
