This Donation Agreement (the “Agreement”) for certain real property located at 2916 FULTON ST SHREVEPORT, LA 71109 (“Property”), is effective upon the Effective Date (defined below), between Owner, whose address is 8480 Stagecoach Cir, Frederick, MD 21701 (“Donor”) and City of Shreveport, LA, whose address is 505 Travis Street, Shreveport, LA 71101 (“Donee”). It is agreed that upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement the Donor shall donate and convey all of its rights and interests in, and the Donee shall accept and be the successor to all such rights and interests in, the real property identified and described herein. Donor and Donee may each be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
