This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective the day of _, 2021 between the City of Ellensburg (“City”) and Northwest Open Access Network (“NOANET”). The City and NOANET are sometimes referred to herein collectively as “Parties”.
