This Agreement is applicable to new and existing Accounts and replaces all prior versions applicable to your Account, including any verbal or written statements or representations. All owners of and authorized signers on an Account(s), as well as individuals authorized to make withdrawals on those Account(s) and/or are designated by Account owners as online banking users for the Account(s) (in addition to any applicable online banking terms and conditions), agree to be bound by and are subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, as may be amended from time to time, when each signs or is identified on the applicable signature card/list, resolution, or other authoritative document acceptable to Bank, or uses the Account. You are responsible for ensuring that any authorized signer or user is familiar with this Agreement and understands their obligations thereunder.
