THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 14th day of September 2020, but effective as provided herein, by and between KENTUCKY UTILITIES COMPANY (“Utility”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and COMMUNITY ACTION KENTUCKY, INC. (“CAK”), a nonprofit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky (each a “Party” and collectively “Parties”).
