THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 21st day of March, 2007, by and between the City of Naples, Florida, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred to as the "OWNER") and Tischlerbise, Inc., a Florida corporation, whose business address is 4701 Sangamore Road, Suite S240, Bethesda, Maryland 20816 (hereinafter referred to as the "CONTRACTOR").
