This Indirect Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of January 29, 2016 (the "Effective Date") by and between Itron, Inc. ("Itron") and Miami Special Utility Authority ("Customer"). Itron and Customer may each be referred to as a "Party" and together as the "Parties."
