TWILIO END USER TERMSEnd User Terms • May 3rd, 2024
These terms (Terms) form part of a Master Services Agreement (Agreement) entered into between Ciptex Limited (Supplier) and the Customer whose details are set out in the Agreement. These terms shall apply, in addition to the terms of the Agreement, to the use of the Twilio Services. The Supplier is a reseller of the Twilio Services. The Twilio Services are provided by Twilio. The Customer acknowledges that its use of the Twilio Services is subject to the Customer complying with the Agreement and these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Agreement, these Terms shall prevail.
