This Agreement is entered into between the City of Los Angeles, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Macias, Gini & O’Connell, LLP (“Auditor” or "Contractor”), for the performance of the 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20 Annual and Single Audits of various City offices, bureaus and departments (the “Audit” or “Audits”), with reference to the following facts:
