These terms and conditions form part of the agreement between Autodata Products Limited (a company registered in England and Wales with number 01974010 and its registered office at 256-260 Old Street, London, EC1V 9DD) (“Autodata”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer stated in the Cloudlake Agreement to which these terms and conditions are attached (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) which governs your access to and use of the Autodata Cloudlake powered by Wasabi data storage platform (the “Cloudlake Service”). By entering into this Agreement, you agree to any referenced policies, including the Wasabi Platform Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy. You may view and download various documents and policies at http://www.wasabi.com/legal prior to the registration process.
