The following Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms and Conditions”) constitute a legally binding contract between Omni Logistics, LLC d/b/a Tiger Critical Logistics and the “Customer.” These Terms and Conditions apply to all shipments of Cargo for which the Company (as defined below) makes arrangements for logistics or transportation, whether by air, water, rail, or motor carrier, and also apply to any other Services provided by the Company. In the event the Company renders Services and issues a document or enters into an executed agreement relating to the provision of Services that contains terms and conditions that vary from those set forth herein, the provisions in such other document/agreement shall govern to the extent of any conflict with these Terms and Conditions. Otherwise, the following Terms and Conditions shall govern any Services rendered by the Company.
