The purpose of this Agreement is to state the terms and conditions which Granicus, LLC (“Granicus”), shall provide web-development services to the Shreveport-Caddo Metropolitan Planning Commission (“MPC”) to design, develop and host a website in accordance with the submitted Agreement—a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and the terms of which are expressly incorporated therein by reference.
