This Joint Community Facilities Agreement (this “Agreement”) between the City of Pittsburg, a California municipal corporation (the “City”), and the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, a fire protection district created pursuant to the Fire Protection District Law of 1987 (California Health & Safety Code §§ 13800, et seq.) (“CCCFPD”), is made and entered into this , 2016, under Government Code § 53316.2. The parties hereto may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
