This Agreement will continue the partnership with the Los Cerritos Branch of the YMCA of Greater Long Beach (YMCA) to offer a swim lesson program to the community. The partnership includes the YMCA providing all administration and coordination of the program and the City providing use of its facilities at the Bellflower Aquatic Center.
