Customer permits and agrees the temporary use of trays and instruments for a loan only basis. Customer also agrees that the noted Loaner trays, instruments and assets listed below are the property of STM and are provided as a value-added service to the customer. The company (STM) retains ownership of all trays, instruments and assets.
