On September 28, 2015, Citizens issued Invitation to Negotiate No. 15-0026 for Replacement Cost Estimation Services (the “ITN”). Citizens expects to include the following terms and conditions in the Contract resulting from this solicitation. These terms and conditions may be negotiated during the Negotiations Phase.
