This Agreement must be received in our office, by either fax, mail, or in person not later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the auction date and time. Each registration will be dated upon arrival at our office. In case of a duplicate registration, the broker who files the first complete Broker Participation Agreement will be considered the procuring Broker.
