This agreement is subject to all applicable College policies and procedures. By signing this agreement, you are confirming you have read, understood, and will comply with all provisions in connection with your Work from Home arrangement, including but not limited to, workplace conduct, workplace health & safety, standards of conduct, and all policies that govern South Texas College. You acknowledge that if your Supervisor deems that the remote work arrangement described in this agreement is not working effectively or as envisioned, management may at any time adjust or end the remote work arrangement.
