This intergovernmental agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the State of Oregon (the “State”) by and through its Oregon Health Authority (“OHA”) and Lincoln County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon organized in accordance with ORS Chapter 190, acting by and through its Department of Public Health (individually and collectively, “County”). This Agreement is effective as of the date this Agreement is approved in writing by the Oregon Department of Justice, and is signed by all parties, regardless of the date of the parties’ signatures (“Agreement Effective Date”).
