This Release Agreement shall apply to all activities during the World Airlines Ski Championship and includes, but not limited to; ski & snowboard races, fun race, hotel stays, organized parties, banquets, organized transportation, awards ceremonies etc. The is Any and all activities organized by the IASF, the Organizing Committee consisting of, but not limited to, Visit Tromsø, Kufaas Management Consulting, Tromsø Alpinpark, Tromsø Skiklubb Langrenn, Tromsø Alpinklubb, and their respective directors, officers, employees, instructors, agents, representatives, volunteers, independent contractors, subcontractors, sponsors, successors and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Releasees”).
