This Master Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective as of February 28, 2022 by and between STEELCASE INC., a corporation with offices located at 901 44th Street S.E., Grand Rapids, Michigan 49508 (hereinafter referenced as the “Supplier”), and Educational and Institutional Cooperative Services, Inc., a New York non-profit corporation with offices located at 2 Jericho Plaza, Suite 309, Jericho, NY 11753 (hereinafter referenced as “E&I”). When “Supplier” is used in connection with a purchase order, it means the Steelcase authorized dealer (the “Dealer”) responsible for activities related to fulfilling the purchase order including, but not limited to, specifying, quoting, ordering, delivering, installing, invoicing and collection in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
