THIS LANDFILL HOST AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of [●], 2024 (“Effective Date”), is by and between RUSSELL COUNTY, VIRGINIA, a body politic and political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “County”), and [THE NOVA COMPANY OF VIRGINIA]1, a [●] corporation (“Company”).
