THIS CONTRACT EXTENSION (“Extension”) is entered into between the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority (“Authority”) and HOH Water Technology, Inc (“Contractor”) and forms a part of contract #S2016-01 (“Agreement”) March 23, 2016 with the like operation and effect as if the same were incorporated herein.
