This Funding Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made this day of 2019, by and between the Association for Individual Development (hereinafter “AID”), Pace, the Suburban Bus Division of the RTA (hereinafter referred to as “Pace”), and the County of Kane (hereinafter “Kane County”). AID, Pace and Kane County are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively at the “Parties”.
