This Lease Agreement is entered into by and among the New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs ("DCA"), the Museum of New Mexico’s Board of Regents (“the BOR”), the Museum of International Folk Art, a division of DCA (“MOIFA”), the Museum of Indian Arts & Culture, a division of DCA (“MIAC”) and the International Folk Art Alliance (“IFAA”), and is effective upon approval by the New Mexico State Board of Finance.
