This Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of the date of the last approving signature ("Effective Date"), is made and entered into between the University of Texas Medical Branch, an educational and research institution that operates the World Reference Center for Emerging Viruses and Arboviruses (WRCEVA), located at 301 University Blvd., Galveston, TX 77555-0609 (“UTMB”), and the National Park Service (“NPS”).
