WHEREAS BDIX is established to be a Neutral Internet Exchange (IX) facilitating the Internet Service Provider(s) (ISP) of Bangladesh to interconnect with each other for efficient routing of domestic traffic. AND WHEREAS the Member is an Internet Service Provider duly licensed by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) to provide Internet services in Bangladesh in accordance with the terms of the license issued to it by BTRC.
