We have updated our General Trading Agreement as of 17th August 2024 in line with Singapore regulations pertaining to disclosures. The changes include clarifications with respect to statements, confirmations and advice notification that can be found at Clause A20.3 (page 20), updates to sanctions disclosures which can be found at Clause A41 (page 28), updates to United States market data display which can be found at Clause H13 (page 68) as well as updates to Dow Jones Indices under Clause H14 (Page 69).
