THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this 24th day of November, 2008 by and between the City of Southfield, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City" and the Southfield Fire Fighters Association, Local 1029, affiliated with the Michigan State Fire Fighters Association, and the International Association of Fire Fighters and AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Association."
