This Crossing License Agreement (“Agreement”), effective , is between Platte River Power Authority, a public corporation and political subdivision of the state of Colorado located at 2000 East Horsetooth Road, Fort Collins, Colorado, 80525 (“Platte River”), and the Town of Mead, Colorado located at 441 Third Street, Mead, Colorado 80542 (“Licensee” including all of Licensee’s employees, contractors, subcontractors, and agents), (collectively, the “Parties”).
