For and in consideration of the potential publication of the article listed above (the “Work”) by the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (“SEG”), I, the undersigned, as lead and/or corresponding author and/or rights-holder and acting on behalf of all authors and/or owners of copyright in the Work (“Authors”), elect to exercise the option of publishing the Work on an open-access basis under one of the four Creative Commons licenses supported by SEG publications as selected herein and hereby grant SEG permission to publish the Work, effective if and when the article is accepted by SEG for publication, subject to limitations expressed in this Open-Access License Agreement (“Agreement”). “Authors” refers to each and all authors and all rights-holders in the Work and all such persons and entities jointly and severally; they share all rights and responsibilities equally, and if any Author is unable to share in a responsibility, the others become responsible for that Author’s share.
