The purpose of this agreement between the Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) and Johns Hopkins Community Psychiatry Program, CoStar Mobile Treatment, herein referred to as Johns Hopkins CoStar, is to facilitate the effective delivery of supported employment job development/coaching services within the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program. Supported employment is for individuals with most significant disabilities who are funded, or anticipated to be funded, for long term supports and who require intensive services to maximize likelihood of maintaining employment.
