THE CONTRACT: The documents ("Contract Documents") that form the contract (the "Contract") between the Clayton County Water Authority (“Buyer”) and Seller are the Buyer's purchase order (the "PO") issued to Seller, all documents referenced in the PO (including without limitation drawings, specifications, instructions, quality assurance requirements and any other referenced documents), all drawings, specifications and other documents referenced in the Buyer's request for quotation issued to Seller for the Contract (unless and to the extent such documents are excluded from the Contract by express provisions in, and not by mere omission from, the PO), supplements to the PO issued to Seller by Buyer, these Terms and Conditions, and all documents referenced in any Contract Documents. What is required in any one Contract Document shall be deemed required by all Contract Documents and the Contract.
