This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2019, by and between Caroline County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO), Denton Police Department (DPD), Federalsburg Police Department (FPD), Greensboro Police Department (GPD), Ridgely Police Department (RPD), County Commissioners of Caroline County, MD, on behalf of the Caroline County Emergency Services Department (CCES), and Caroline County Public Schools (CCPS). All above-mentioned parties will be referred to as local law enforcement, except Caroline County Emergency Services Department and Caroline County Public Schools.
