This Interconnection, Collocation and Resale Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated this 27th day of December, 2005, is entered into by and between Budget Phone, Inc. (“CLEC”), a Louisiana corporation, and Nevada Division of Central Telephone Company d/b/a Sprint of Nevada (“Sprint”), a Delaware corporation, to establish the rates, terms and conditions for local interconnection, collocation, local resale, and purchase of unbundled Network Elements (individually referred to as the “service” or collectively as the “services”).
