This MUTUAL RELEASE AND SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the “Settlement Agreement”) is made by and among THE CITY OF FREDERICK, MARYLAND (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) and FRIENDS FOR NEIGHBORHOOD PROGRESS, INC. (hereinafter referred to as “FFNP”) on this day of March, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”). Throughout this Settlement Agreement, the City and FFNP may be collectively referred to as the “Parties” or each individually as a “Party.”
