This Agreement is entered into this 26th day of June, 2019, by and between the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District (hereinafter the “District”), together with contractors and subcontractors of all tiers, who shall become signatory to this Agreement by signing the “Agreement to be Bound” (Addendum A) (referred to collectively herein as “Contractor(s)/Employer(s)”), and the Building and Construction Trades Council of Alameda County (hereinafter the “Council”) and its affiliated local Unions that have executed this Agreement (referred to collectively herein as “Union” or “Unions”).
