This Rights Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the Second day of January 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Inventor or his assignees (“Inventor”); and Oil Free LLC (“Oil Free”), a Florida corporation, collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and “Party” if singular. In consideration of the promises and the mutual covenants contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as described herein.
