This Business Broadband Voice (VoIP) Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) is hereby entered into and agreed upon by you, either an individual or an entity (“You” or “Customer”) and H.B. Telecom (UK) Limited (“HBT”) for the Services (as Defined below). This Agreement is made and entered into as of the date that You accept it as Defined below (the “Commencement Date”).
