This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Settlement Agreement” or “Agreement”) is entered into by and between ROBERT BLACKWELL (“Plaintiff”), individually and on behalf of Participating Settlement Class Members (as defined in Paragraph 29) (together “Plaintiffs”), and KRAEMER NORTH AMERICA, LLC (“Defendant” or “Kraemer”) (collectively the “Parties”), in the action Blackwell et al. v. Kraemer North America, LLC, Case No. 0:23-cv-01851, pending in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota (the “Action”).
