This Agreement relates to an Angaza Design Inc. (“Licensor”) product (the “Product”) composed of software, software platform (including front-end web interface and back-end payment infrastructure), mobile application and mobile toolkit (collectively, the “Software”) and related explanatory materials (“Documentation”) that are proprietary to Licensor and/or its licensor(s). The terms "Software" and “Documentation” also include any modified versions or updates of the Software and Documentation, respectively, to which Licensee may be granted access under this Agreement. This Agreement also relates to the Product as it may be authorized for use by Licensee in connection with hardware devices, including without limitation any lighting products or appliances (each, a “Device”).
