Silver Hill Group, LLC (“Grantor”), a Massachusetts limited liability company, having an address of 268 Merriam Street, Weston, Massachusetts hereby grants to the Town of Weston, a Massachusetts municipal corporation, acting by and through the Weston Historical Commission and its successors and assigns (“Grantee”), having its principal office at Town House Road, Weston, MA 02193, the following preservation restrictions in gross affecting property at 261 Merriam Street, Weston, MA, described in a deed, dated June 22, 2015, recorded with the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds in Book 65637, Page 573 (hereinafter referred to as the “Property”), and described more particularly in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein.
