The partner (“Partner”) agreeing to these terms (the “Terms”) and Coloplast Ltd., Nene Hall, Peterborough Business Park, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire PE2 6FX, Great Britain (“Coloplast”), have entered into an agreement under which Coloplast has agreed to showcase its products and services to Partner and to provide its products and services to patients of Partner (the “Agreement”).
