This Tax Abatement Agreement hereinafter referred to as “Agreement,” is executed by and between FORT BEND COUNTY, TEXAS (hereinafter referred to as “County,”) acting by and through its Commissioners’ Court and Frito-Lay, Inc., a current Owner of Eligible Property (as hereinafter defined) located at 3310 TX-36, Rosenberg, TX, 77471, which is within the contiguous boundaries of Fort Bend County Reinvestment Zone 28 and Reinvestment Zone 25.
